Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use.

1. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
   
   
2. Where a title is shipped from Australia its price (including any applicable delivery and order charge) is inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Where a title is shipped from outside Australia its price (including any applicable delivery and order charge) is exclusive of GST.
   
   
3. You have 1 business day pending period to correct any mistakes add/remove title(s) and/or make changes to your pending order. Please ensure you order correct title, format, edition, quantity and of the items. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) since we cannot change any details once the order has been finalised and all sales are deemed non-returnable. Books Buy will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.
   
   
4. If you enter addresses that Australia Post considers having incorrect and/or insufficient details, your parcel may result in the following:
   
   • Late delivery.
   • Lost.
     (Books Buy is not responsible and no refund / store credit is accepted.)
   • Returned to Books Buy due to undeliverable address.
     (We require a $7 non-deliverable fee because we have to pay to retrieve the package from Australia Post. You are required to pay for these charges before the parcel can be despatched again.)
     
     
5. You agree that all items are being purchased for private use only and are not being purchased for commercial resale.
   
   
6. You agree that by purchasing from us, you are responsible for any import or other taxes occuring from the importation of these goods.
   
   
7. You must notify us within 6 weeks of dispatch date as recorded in your account if you have not received your item(s). After this time, no refund will be issued for any missing orders.
   
   
8. The information presented in this website may contain including but not limited to technical, typographical or bibliographical inaccuracies and errors. Books Buy is explicitly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law all liability of however arising for inaccuracies or errors.
